Infant breast/bottle feeding/oral motor assessment.
Infant breastfeeding or bottle feeding functional evaluation and follow up treatment plan. This will be from the infant oral motor perspective and parent/lactation perspective. This can be done at any point in your feeding journey, it’s never too late to get an evaluation. We can help with challenges such as latching, engorgement, pumping, clogged ducts, mastitis, introducing bottles, paced bottle feeding, schedules, feeding cues, positioning, pumping, oral motor issues/disorganized sucking, weaning off supplementation, bottle/breast refusal, and much more. This is a great place to start.

Transitioning from NICU or triple feeding including tongue tie evaluation.
Triple feeding should always be a temporary solution. This issue is very near and dear to my heart. I personally worked through slow weight gain due to prematurity and weaning off triple feeding (including tongue tie release and recovery) with my own son for his first 3 months. I struggled to find support from people who understood how unsustainable and draining this plan is. We can help you find a more sustainable plan and work through the decision points and pain points along this journey.

Preparing to start solids/purees/baby led weaning.
We recommend utilizing this service when your infant is 4-5 months old so you can prepare ahead of time, since most children are developmentally ready to start solids around 6 months old. We can discuss baby led weaning, responsive spoon feeding, choking/gagging concerns, introducing cup/straw drinking, and how to manage continuing to offer milk as the primary nutrition source for the first year while still encouraging solids. This is a fun time but there can be many questions that arise and it can be hard to know where to begin with it all.
